The app is a paid app that uses API services from either OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), or Perplexity.AI. Each offer their own unique benefits and are supported in the same app! This app uses API keys from either OpenAI, Google, or Perplexity.AI. You must already have an account or sign up with one of the providers to take advantage of this app. As with all AI, use it to your advantage but make sure agents still read the output and make their own necessary changes to the content.

Install the app into your instance. You will need a valid API key from one of the following sources to continue. - OpenAI - Gemini - Perplexity AI

Enter the information below to complete the setup. 1. API Token - API Token generated in the AI platform you choose to use 2. AI Engine (openai, gemini, or perplexity) 3. AI Engine Model: Corresponds to chat API that you will be using such as gpt-4o or gpt-4o-mini 4. Max Comments - As long as this value isn't set to 0, it will return ticket comments and add them as additional context to the AI engine to help return better results. A value of '-1' will add all comments to the AI 5. System Prompt - Enter a prompt that will be passed to the AI engine you choose to define the result output you wish to return. 6. Allow Refinement - While in the app, if this is checked, a refinement section will display for your agents to add their own content to the message and change the output 7. Allow Advanced Usage - This checkbox being checked allows the user to enter in a single prompt and get a response. It contains no added context such as ticket comments.

Once you have changed your settings, save the app configuration. A new icon will load in the editor toolbar within Zendesk. Click on the new icon to use the app.
