설치 방법

One-time installation requirements for each new agent PC:

  1. Search for the Five9 Integration for Zendesk in the Zendesk Marketplace and install.

  2. Once installed, please check the Five9 Server URL associated with your account.

    Most customers should be on either https://app.five9.com or https://app.five9.eu.

    Your administrator should have this information.

Once the Five9 Integration for Zendesk is installed on the agent's PC:

  1. Log into Zendesk.  2. Click on the phone app in the upper right corner of the screen.  3. Login with the following information:     - Your Five9 agent username     - Your Five9 agent password     - Your station (obtain from Five9 admin)
