Instructions:
How to connect yellow.ai with Zendesk Sunshine Conversations?
Login to yellow.ai platform at https://cloud.yellow.ai/auth/login.
From the module switcher on the top left corner of the screen, select ‘Channels’
Within the ‘Channels’, navigate to ‘Additional’ section where you will find ‘Sunshine Conversations’.
Click on ‘Connect to Sunshine Conversations’’ which will redirect you to ‘sign in’ page of Zendesk.
Key in the login credentials and click ‘Allow’ to grant yellow.ai access to your Zendesk account.
After you grant the permissions, you’ll be redirected to yellow.ai platform where you can find the channel connection enabled.
As a next step, login to Zendesk Admin Center and navigate to ‘Channels’ section.
From 'Channels' go to 'Bots'.
Choose 'Marketplace bots' under 'Bots'.
You'll find 'yellow.ai' under 'Marketplace Bots'.
Click on 'Connect' to successfully complete yellow.ai connection.
Congrats! You have successfully completed yellow.ai’s configuration with Zendesk Sunshine Conversations
Omnichannel Experience:
You can test and experience the Zendesk Sunshine Conversations on multiple channels such as Web widget and Facebook Messenger
Go to ‘Channels’ within the Zendesk panel. You may find many channels listed. For example, consider the example you want to enable the experience on web widget.
Go to Messages Page.
Click on ‘Test it now’.
As a support agent, ensure you are online.
Raise a ticket to talk to an agent.
You can have a similar experience with other channels like Facebook Messenger.
How to disconnect and uninstall yellow.ai from Zendesk Sunshine Conversations?
Login to yellow.ai platform at https://cloud.yellow.ai/auth/login.
From the module switcher on the top left corner of the screen, select ‘Channels’.
Within the ‘Channels’, navigate to ‘Additional’ section where you will find ‘Sunshine Conversations’.
Click on the toggle where the connection is enabled.
Click on ‘Yes’ to delete the configuration from yellow.ai platform.
As a next step, login to Zendesk Admin Centre and navigate to 'Channels'.
From 'Channels' go to 'Bots'.
Choose 'Marketplace bots' under 'Bots'.
You'll find 'yellow.ai' under 'Marketplace Bots'.
Click on 'Uninstall' to successfully remove yellow.ai connection.
