Temporarily saves the content entered in the comment field to a dedicated ticket field.Click the icon below the input field to save, paste, or delete the content.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.Data entered by users is stored in [Tickets] within Zendesk.
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

설치 방법
Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace, then select your Zendesk account to proceed with the installation.
From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in required fields and click 'Install' to complete the setup.
Settings:
Install the app.
(Optional) Enable “Display the app in the ticket sidebar”.
(Optional) Enable “Clear the comment field after saving”.
Once installed, the app will be available on sidebar.
