To use Zonka Feedback and Zendesk integration, you need to have a Zonka Feedback account.
To create an account with Zonka Feedback, do as follows:
Go to Zonka Feedback Sign Up page (www.zonkafeedback.com/free-trial-signup) and create an account with Zonka Feedback. This will be a free trial account and does not require credit card and you can cancel it anytime.
Once your account is set up, connect your Zonka Feedback Account to Zendesk for this integration to send real-time surveys, sync survey data to Zendesk and more. Learn how to connect Zendesk to Zonka Feedback.
To get started with the Zonka Feedback and Zendesk integration, do as follows:
Sign in to your Zonka Feedback account. Create a Survey with all the questions you'd like to ask - Net Promoter Score, Customer Effort Score, Customer Satisfaction Score and more.
Go to Surveys > Integrations > Zendesk
Enter your Zendesk domain, connect to your account and sync your agents.
Choose from the integrations you'd like to turn on - Trigger Email Survey after a Ticket is Solved or Updated, Send Survey Question embedded in Zendesk Email, Sync Survey Responses to Zendesk.
Add conditions as per the integration you'd like to set up.
Save and that's all.
Once you start getting responses, you can view your responses and feedback reports in real-time in Zonka Feedback. You can also sync back CX Metrics and Responses to Zendesk.
