설치 방법

  1. Login to Netomi AI Studio -> Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Agent Assist -> Add and select Zendesk

  2. Provide the Zendesk Subdomain URL and click Authorize

  3. In the subsequent page you will be redirected to, click Allow

  4. In the configuration step on Zendesk, you'll need to provide specific details for your AI Agent:
    • Enter the AI Agent ID and AI Agent Reference ID to link the app to your AI Agent (Contact support@netomi.com if you need help locating these).

    • Set the API Base URL to https://agenty-us.netomi.com/api.

    • Enable options Summaries, Suggestions and Context Analysis based on your requirement

    • Click Install

  5. For uninstalling, go to your Zendesk account, Admin Center → Apps and Integrations → Zendesk Support Apps → select Netomi Agent Assist → Uninstall
