This app will require you to have a Zendesk Suite Professional or Enterprise license. If you would like to learn more about upgrading to Zendesk Suite Professional or Enterprise, please speak to your Zendesk representative who will be happy to help.
This app enables your agents to send Proactive WhatsApp messages from the sidebar or from the topbar of your Sell instance. It works in conjuction with the WhatsApp Connector by Respira App from the Zendesk Support Marketplace.
This enterprise class app:

- Sends bulk WhatsApp messages from Excel and .csv files through the equivalent App in Zendesk Support

Some things to consider
The end users' reply to your proactive WhatsApp messages will appear in a new or existing ticket in Zendesk Support, opening a 24 hour window for free text messages to be sent through Zendesk Support. Sales representatives using Zendesk Sell will also need a Zendesk Suite licence to reply to end users via Zendesk Support, or will have to indicate to a customer service agent through an internal comment (as light agents) the text of the reply.
The sidebar app in Zendesk Sell also provides a link to the existing WhatsApp conversation with that end user in Zendesk Support. On top of that, the Zendesk Support App in Zendesk Sell indicates whether there are opening tickets with that end user.

In order to install this app, you need to:* Visit the Zendesk Support Marketplace, and look for our app. You can search for "Respira" * Click install
You will see asked to enter a Connection API Key. If you install the App for the first time, leave it blank.If everything goes well, you will find an icon in the left bar of your Zendesk Workspace. You will also find an app on your ticket sidebar, that will show an info message until you enter your connection API Key in the app settings.
After that, follow the instructions here to complete the Zendesk Support installation here.
Once you have successfully completed the installation in Zendesk Support:* Visit the Zendesk Sell Marketplace, and look for our app. You can search for "Respira" * Click install * Enter your Respira API Key Setting as you did with the Support app
