설치 방법

While installing SentioCX app in your Zendesk workspace, you are required to connect your SentioCX account.

Please visit us at www.sentiocx.com to find out how to become a SentioCX customer in case you are not one yet.

The details you need to provide during the installation:

  • domain: the SentioCX domain for your account. You can find this in Sentio Manager application, in the Tenant Settings section.

  • tenant name: the name of your SentioCX tenant. You can find this in Sentio Manager application, in the Tenant Settings section.

It is recommended that you restrict the SentioCX app to the users that will actually use it.

This is possible in two ways:

  • Group restrictions: create a dedicated group in Zendesk and assign users to it. There is the option to use an existing group if it fits the purpose.

  • Roles restrictions: create a dedicated role in Zendesk and assign it to users. There is the option to use an existing role if it fits the purpose.

Once the app is installed and configured, you can start using SentioCX from the Zendesk workspace.
