설치 방법
- Click Install and you can choose your Zendesk account to install it to and click Install.
Go to Zendesk Admin Center (top right click opens the menu and the last option is Admin Center)
- On the menu to the left choose Apps and Integrations > Integrations > APIs > Zendesk APIs
- Click Add API Token - this will open a window where you can add token Description such as 'Token for Sentient Analytics' and click Copy to copy the token. Make sure that Token access is Enabled
Now that you have your token ready, you can submit this to Sentient Machines for activation:
Go back to the Zendesk Agent dashboard. Referesh the page, and you should see an eye shaped icon in the navigation bar bottom left
- When you click on the eye icon, it will open a form. Paste your token into API Token field, and then click Register
An email will be sent to the team at Sentient Machines, who will get in touch shortly with the email you logged into zendesk with, in order to activate your account.
