설치 방법
Setup
- Register on Zappr.AI.
Upgrade your subscription to the Premium plan.
- Copy the API key from the profile settings and paste into
Zappr.AI Api Key
field. Create a new project.
Install the Zendesk plugin. Provide the necessary parameters and click Save changes.
Train you assistant. See below how.
- If necessary, adjust prompts on the
Advanced
tab in the project settings. - Copy and paste App Token from Zendesk Plugin settings into
App Token
field.
How to train your assistant
There are two ways to train your assistant: using your custom dataset or using your existing tickets via Zappr.AI plugins. You can also combine both methods.
Custom dataset:In your project settings, navigate to the Knowledge tab and upload any number of files that contain your data. The training time depends on the number of files and their size.
Zendesk Tickets:In Zendesk plugin settings, enable "Use tickets as knowledge" parameter. Voila! Your tickets are being processed, and your assistant is being trained. The training time depends on the number of tickets. You can check the status in the Knowledge tab.
