Requirements
To install the app, you just need to have an admin or employee staff account in Shopify. Super easy!
How to install
Install the app from Zendesk Marketplace.
Make sure you are logged into the Shopify account that you want to connect.
Navigate to a ticket, and the app will launch.
If it's the first time using the app, you will be prompted to authorize it. Click the authorize button.
A pop up will open, asking for a few permissions.
Grant the permissions.
Reload the app.
Done!
