How does it work?

Once you've installed the Fluentic app from the marketplace, it's integrated into your Zendesk interface. Then:
Step 1: Open a customer ticket that has been sent in another language. The Fluentic app will automatically translate it into English. You don't need to do anything! Step 2: Compose your reply in English. Step 3: Send the reply and it will automatically be translated back into your customer's language. You can also choose to review the translation before it is sent.

Putting the Fluentic App to use in Zendesk is easy. Just follow the instructions below and you will be communicating with your customers in their language in no time!
Installing the app
Navigate to the admin section of Zendesk, and search for Fluentic under Marketplace.
Click Install App.
Please choose which users should have access to the application. Once the installation is done, your users can use the app immediately.
There are no further settings to input, so continue with the installation by clicking Install.
Deploying the app
After the installation has been completed, you will be asked to give permission to use your Zendesk account for authentication and a user will be created for you in Fluentic. Once the permissions are in order, please fill out your business information to get start free trial.
Language settings
If you don't need to translate all incoming messages you can limit the languages in the app settings (visible for Zendesk admins). Changes to the incoming message languages are immediately effective and can be changed anytime.
