ULTATEL is Offering an integration with our cloud based phone system that will help agent do the following:
- Complete cloud-based app no software to install.
- Access from anywhere on both Windows and Mac using any popular browser.
- Easy click-to-dial from within Zendesk by clicking on any contact, saving time and improving call efficiency.
- Instant screen notification panel with caller’s account records automatically displayed on incoming & outgoing call.
- Multiple-browser tabs enabling multiple interactions across multiple tabs.
- Real-time call Tickets saved to corresponding Zendesk record.
- New records contacts, Tickets–can be easily created while on a call.

설치 방법
Before you begin
- Make sure you have an active ULTATEL cloud phone service account. If you do not have one, please go to https://www.ultatel.com.
Getting Started
Sign in as an administrator to your Zendesk, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.
Under Apps, select Marketplace, then find the ULTATEL app and click the tile.
- On the ULTATEL app page, click Install App in the upper-right corner.
Refresh your Zendesk login session. The ULTATEL app icon shows at the top right hand corner.
Click the ULTATEL app icon. ULTATEL for Zendesk has been activated automatically.
