설치 방법

SmileBack offers a free 14-day trial and setup only takes 15 minutes:

  1. Sign up at www.smileback.com
  2. Log in and on the welcome page choose Zendesk as your ticketing system

  3. Enter the subdomain for your Zendesk account
  4. You will then be taken to Zendesk and will be asked to sign in to your account

  5. Zendesk will ask you to allow SmileBack to read your ticket, organization and user data, you need to agree to this for SmileBack to work. We will not have access to details like passwords

  6. When you have successfully completed the above steps you will return to SmileBack and see a success message

  7. You can then quickly create a survey code snippet and include it in your Zendesk solved ticket notification
