설치 방법
Get Started in 2 Minutes
1. Install → Click 'Install' and accept permissions. Enable the Business Hours setting (recommended).
2. Connect Google → Open any ticket, find Tasks for Calendar in the right sidebar, click "Sign in with Google" and authorize access.
3. You're ready → Start creating events from tickets. Optionally, click ⚙️ to set your business hours and working days.
Where to Find Everything
Ticket Sidebar — Create events, use AI summaries, find available slots, see today's schedule
Left Navbar → My Tasks — Personal task dashboard with all your pending events
Left Navbar → Team Tasks (Admins only) — View all team members' tasks and workload
Quick Tips
• Enable Business Hours for smarter time suggestions• Use AI Summary to auto-generate event descriptions• Events include clickable [ZD#...] links back to tickets• Team members must sign in once to appear in Team Tasks
Requirements
• Google Workspace or personal Google account• Zendesk Support or Suite (Professional+)• Admin role for Team Tasks access
