Reviewflowz is an AI-powered review management solution designed for customer-obsessed companies.
The application pulls and aggregates reviews from every review platform on the market, and allows you to reply directly with AI suggestions.
What This Integration Does
The Reviewflowz integration for Zendesk automatically creates tickets whenever you receive a new review, keeping your entire team informed in real-time. Filter reviews by platform, rating, or sentiment to route tickets exactly where they need to go. Leverage AI review tagging to categorize incoming reviews before they reach Zendesk, and use AI reply suggestions to craft professional responses faster.
Data Handling & Privacy
When you connect Reviewflowz to Zendesk, we receive and process review content and metadata needed to create and manage tickets. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.reviewflowz.com/privacy-policy-tos) and is:
Stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for the integration to function
Never shared with third parties except as required by law
Protected by standard security measures
Subject to your data access and deletion rights outlined in our Privacy Policy

설치 방법
Step 1: Create Your Reviewflowz Account & Connect Review Sources
If you don't already have one, sign up at reviewflowz.com. Then, connect the review sources you want to track by clicking + New review source.
You can search for your review profiles manually across any platform (Google My Business, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, etc.), or connect multiple Google locations at once through our Google My Business integration.
Step 2: Create Your Zendesk Automation
Once you have review sources connected, go to Automations and select Zendesk as your destination.
You'll be prompted to authenticate with Zendesk—select your workspace and authorize Reviewflowz to create tickets on your behalf.
Step 3: Configure Your Settings
Customize how reviews become tickets:
- Filters: Choose to send all reviews, or filter for positive/negative sentiment, specific platforms, or minimum ratings
- Translation: Auto-translate all new reviews to your preferred language, or keep originals and translate as needed
- Review Profiles: Select which review sources feed into this automation—all of them or just a few
Step 4: Activate & Test
Click Save & Activate to turn on your automation. Reviewflowz will send your latest review to Zendesk so you can confirm everything is working.
Once you see that test ticket in Zendesk, you're all set! New reviews matching your filters will automatically become tickets going forward.
