설치 방법
Prerequisite:
Install the App:
Click the Install button on the app's page
Choose the Zendesk account where you want to install the app.
Configure App Settings:
After installation, go to Admin Center > Apps and Integrations > Installed apps.
- Find and click on Asset Panda Pro.
Click Change settings, if needed.
Using the App in Zendesk:
Open any support ticket.
- You will see the Asset Panda Pro app in the ticket sidebar.
Use it to search for, view, and attach assets to the ticket.
Verify the Connection:
After setup, test by searching for an asset in the ticket sidebar.
Confirm that asset information appears correctly.
