Scriba Vox is the ideal app for optimizing support in Zendesk by eliminating the need to manually listen to each audio message received from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Chat.
It automatically transcribes voice messages and saves the text directly to the ticket as an internal comment, also providing a sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, or negative).
With a user-friendly interface and easy installation, Scriba Vox appears on the side of the ticket, allowing agents to listen and read the transcription at the same time.
Transcriptions are generated in real time and are available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Scriba Vox By Doc CX App Installation Tutorial
1 - Install the APP.
2 - During installation, a Zendesk token will be requested. You must encode it in base64 using the format email/token:token. You can find the token in Admin Center => Zendesk API => Create a token. After this step, paste it into the field and complete the installation.link to generate the Token
3 - In the language field, define the default language for transcription. We have the following options: pt (Portuguese), en (English) or es (Spanish)
*Insert only the acronym EX: en
4 - After installation, open any ticket and click the button to activate the 7-day trial (Only visible to admins).
5 - Now just access the tickets and the audio will be automatically transcribed.
