How to Install SiteSage AI for Zendesk

  1. Contact the SiteSage team
    Reach out via sitesage.ai to begin onboarding. We'll schedule a setup session and provide everything you need by email.

  2. Install App Install and configure the SiteSage App with installation parameters provided by SiteSage.

  3. Connect your Zendesk account
    Simply click Authenticate in the App's Admin Panel and allow access to the SiteSage Application.

  4. Complete onboarding with SiteSage
    We’ll walk you through any system integrations or customisations to your AI system.
