How does it work?

  1. In case you need to leave your ticket for breaking, analyzing or researching issues, from your ticket sidebar panel you can set a custom timer directly based on your need.

  2. Once you start the timer, the ticket status will be changed to snooze and tagged with the #ticket-snoozed-for-duration and a timely progress will be displayed for you.

  3. In case you need to update your timer duration, you can stop or delete the running one and start a new timer.

  4. Once the timer duration is up, the ticket will reopen and an email will send to you (enabled by admin from Admin panel).

설치 방법

Once you install the app from the marketplace, it will ask you to add a required parameter Status Id.

  • Access the Admin Center:
    • Navigate to the Admin Center in your Zendesk account.

    • From the navigation bar, select Ticket Statuses.

    • Create a New Ticket Status:
  • Click on Create Ticket Status.

  • Set the category to Pending.

  • Name the status either Snooze or Snoozed.

  • Provide a description, such as Snooze your ticket for a custom time.

  • Check the Set as active button.

  • Save your changes.

  • Retrieve the Status Id:
  • After creating the custom status, go to the Ticket Statuses panel.

  • Click on the three dots next to the ticket status name.

  • Choose Edit.

  • You will find the ID at the top of the Edit Ticket Status screen.

  • Copy this ID and paste it into the Status Id field.

  • From Nav Bar app, you can enable the notification feature to send email reminders when timers expire, also, you can control who can create timers.
