3) Track your activities, call recordings & voicemails: View your daily interactions with contacts and keep track of every activity. Easily listen to call recordings and voicemails, gain context and navigate conversations. Playable call recording is available only with “Partner Edition”.
4) Convert calls from unknown numbers into contacts (optional): You can capture incoming calls from prospective leads and convert them into New Zendesk contact.

Getting Started
Set up the JustCall-Zendesk integration in just a few minutes. Follow these three steps:
1) Press Install next to our app on the Zendesk Marketplace. This will install our Dialer in your Zendesk portal. Our app will be available next to your tickets and contacts.
2) Head over to JustCall and login to your JustCall account.
3) Select Integrations from the sidebar, find Zendesk and press the Integrate button next to it.
Lastly, install our Chrome Extension if you want the click-to-call & click-to-text buttons against the phone numbers of your Zendesk contacts.
