How authID Proof works?
During initial account creation, Proof identity verification captures and validates a customer’s ID document and live facial image, ultimately creating a biometric 'root of trust' that ensures only authorized users can call in for account access.
How authID Verified works?
For ongoing identity verification, authID Verified biometric authentication allows callers to authenticate using a live selfie that matches their existing profile, which is processed instantly for liveness and accuracy without storing biometric data.
설치 방법
The authID integration makes it easier for call centers and/or help desks to support users by Knowing Who is Behind the Device with its unmatched biometric authentication identity platform.
Our authID integration requires both an authID and a Zendesk account. To test out the integration in your Zendesk environment, you can sign up for an authID tenant after installing the app.
Log in to your Zendesk account and install the authID App from the Marketplace. Contact authID sales to get your tenant.
After you get your authID tenant, create an API Key and API Secret in the authID portal and retrieve the token and simply copy and paste the values when installing the app in Zendesk.
Whenever you are viewing a Zendesk ticket, you can access authID from the Apps pane on the right side of the screen.
authID will use the email address or phone number to invoke a Document Verfication or Biometric Authentication.
