Zendesk Response Integration

Description

Authorize Zendesk from our platform to use our AI Agent for automated responses.

How to Install

  1. Register and log in to voc.ai, subscribe to the chatbot, and navigate to "System Integration."

  2. Select the Zendesk portal, enter your Zendesk domain, and click save to be redirected to the Zendesk platform for authorization.

  3. Return to the "System Integration -> Zendesk", select a hosted customer service account at the bottom of the page. Our AI Agent will use the selected account to respond. You can also choose to process specific views or all tickets in "ticket processing mode."

  4. Once set up, Zendesk tickets will be automatically responded to by our AI Agent.

Chrome Plug-in

Description

The Chrome plug-in is designed to generate responses in Zendesk, allowing human agents to review the response before sending it.

How to Install

  1. Register and log in to voc.ai, subscribe to the chatbot, and navigate to "System Integration."

  2. Select "Google Chrome Extension" and follow the instructions to download it. This extension will only be shown on certain websites like Zendesk or voc.ai to minimize disruption.

  3. In Zendesk, click the floating window on the right side of the browser, log in via the profile icon in the upper right corner, and return to Zendesk.

  4. In a ticket, click the "AI Response" button under the customer question to generate a reply based on your knowledge base. Review the response and send it.

Integrate Voc.ai Livechat to Zendesk

Description

Conversations from our live chat can be automatically logged into Zendesk for unified management and review.

How to Install

  1. Register and log in to voc.ai, subscribe to the chatbot, and navigate to "System Integration."

  2. In Zendesk, go to the admin center, navigate to Apps and integrations -> APIs -> Conversations API. Click on "Create API key" to obtain credentials and record them.

  3. In Voc.ai "System Integration -> Zendesk," select LiveChat in the Functions section and enter the credentials obtained from Zendesk.

  4. Once configured, all conversations from the Voc.ai live chat portal will be logged into Zendesk.
