After install it from marketplace .

  • As a Zendesk admin go to the navbar app screen and activate the Auto Closing process by switching the button (Activate Auto Closer) on.

  • The App will start listening for newly reopened tickets and process them.

  • In case you need to stop or deactivate the Auto Closing process you can go back to the toggle button (Activate Auto Closer) and switch it off.
