  • Set up an Alert or Report, using one of our templates or your custom requirements

  • For Alerts, you decide when the real-time alert is triggered by setting a threshold driven by your business targets

  • For Reports, you can select a template or create a report from scratch...it's like having an AI analyst on staff

  • Once your Alert or Report has been set up, decide where you want it to go in Slack and for Reports, you can also choose a schedule

  • Then, the magic happens...real-time and historical reporting will now be on auto-pilot

  • Once you are approved, we will set up a call to onboard you

  • In our call, we will walk you through how to connect Zendesk and Slack, as well as share some best practices

The actual integration itself is extremely simple. Within 5 clicks and less than a minute, you will be ready to get started setting up Alerts and Reports in our system.
