Please follow below instructions to setup Knowmax within Zendesk.

  • Open URL https://app.knowmax.ai/<your-domain> in a web browser.

  • Login with provided credentials.

  • Copy the URL till https://app.knowmax.ai and use it under apiDomain field.

  • Copy <your-domain> as per the URL given to the client.

  • Paste the <your-domain> in clientName field.

  • Click on 'Install' button below & Save the configuration
