설치 방법
To use this app, you need to signup with easyCSM CRM at https://easycsm.de/en/. Then you need to integrate your Zendesk account with easyCSM at https://easycsm.de/dashboard/integrations.php. Without the integration, this app will be empty.
To install easy_CSM on your Zendesk Support account, please follow these steps:
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar.
Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the easy_CSM app and click the tile.
On the easy_CSM app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner.
Enter a name for the app, select the configurations you want, then click Install.
Once the installation is complete, easy_CSM will be available on the ticket sidebar within your Zendesk interface.
