Connect My AskAI with your Zendesk Account

Detailed steps for connecting your Zendesk account
Within the My AskAI Dashboard, open Chatbot setup > Integrations
Select the Zendesk icon
Select the "Connect Zendesk account"
Login to your Zendesk account
Within the Zendesk Admin Center, open Channels > Bots > Manage bots
Find 'My AskAI' at the bottom and select 'Connect'
Recommended: Update the default 'Automation' to automaticaly 'Close' tickets that have been 'Solved' within 1 hour (Objects & Rules > Automations)
Within the My AskAI Dashboard, activate your Zendesk AI agent
