How to create your AI agent for Zendesk Messaging in 10 minutes

  1. Create an account at myaskai.com (free 30 day trial, no card required)
  2. Train your AI agent with your Help Docs or connect your team's knowledge base (Google Drive, Notion, etc.)

  3. Connect My AskAI with your Zendesk Account

Detailed steps for connecting your Zendesk account

  1. Within the My AskAI Dashboard, open Chatbot setup > Integrations

  2. Select the Zendesk icon

  3. Select the "Connect Zendesk account"

  4. Login to your Zendesk account

  5. Within the Zendesk Admin Center, open Channels > Bots > Manage bots

  6. Find 'My AskAI' at the bottom and select 'Connect'

  7. Recommended: Update the default 'Automation' to automaticaly 'Close' tickets that have been 'Solved' within 1 hour (Objects & Rules > Automations)

  8. Within the My AskAI Dashboard, activate your Zendesk AI agent
