Data & Privacy

This app accesses the following Zendesk data: ticket ID, requester email address, and ticket conversation content. This data is sent to PAQATO servers (moni.paqato.com, api.paqato.com) to retrieve shipment tracking information and generate AI response suggestions. PAQATO stores ticket-related data only for the duration needed to process requests and improve AI suggestion quality. No Zendesk data is shared with third parties. 설치 방법

If you're not a PAQATO customer and you're interested in finding out more on how PAQATO can benefit your business, please contact our Customer Success Team.

It is required that the AI Agent and Shipping Information Feature is active within PAQATO.

  1. Click the Install button above (on this page) to install the PAQATO Zendesk app in your Zendesk account.

  2. Copy your PAQATO API key from your PAQATO WebApp (https://app.paqato.com/settings/company/api-key)

  3. Enter the key in the app settings and click 'Install'

  4. Click 'Connect' in the app sidebar to complete the OAuth authorization.
