The Dust AI Agent app brings the power of your custom Dust AI agents directly into Zendesk, enhancing your support workflow:

Note: Users must have an active Dust account to use this app within Zendesk.

Data Disclosure

This app accesses the following Zendesk data:- Ticket information: ticket ID, subject, description, status, priority, type, tags, timestamps, assignee, group, and organization- Customer information: requester name and email (can be redacted via the "Hide Customer Information" setting)- Conversation history: ticket comments, including author names and roles

This data is sent to Dust.tt (or eu.dust.tt for EU customers) via Zendesk's secure proxy to generate AI-powered response suggestions. Data is processed in accordance with Dust's privacy policy.

Zendesk data sent to Dust is stored and processed within the user's Dust workspace. For details, see Dust's privacy policy.
