Contract Manager application lets you manage contracts within Zendesk. Each contract is associated with a time credit and a deadline.
Agents can assign tickets to a contract and enter the time they spend handling customer requests. The processing time is then deducted from the hour credit of the selected contract.
A dashboard is available to view all contracts, including the time remaining on each.
Only administrators can create, modify and delete contracts.
Contracts are associated with Zendesk users and/or organizations, so in the ticket view, agents can only select contracts linked to the ticket requester or organization.

설치 방법
Using the application requires the creation of a dedicated custom object.
Log in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.
Under Apps, select Marketplace, search for the Contract Manager application, then click on it.
On the Contract Manager application page, click Install app in the top-right corner.
Click Install.
Return to Zendesk Support - the application will automatically initialize, including the creation of a custom object.
From the admin panel, under the "Custom Objects" tab, ensure that all agents have read and write permissions on the "Contract" object records.
