In the Zendesk Marketplace, click the install button. Confirm the app's permissions if required.
In the Zendesk Admin Center under 'Apps and Integrations' view your 'Zendesk Support Apps'.
Select the RightPage application and click 'Change settings'.
Enter your RightPageAPIKey which you can obtain from the 'agent dashboard' within the RightPage web application. RightPage offers a free proof of concept period, email help@rightpage.com to obtain a free account and API key.
Click the 'update' button to finish linking your RightPage account to the RightPage Zendesk app.
When the ticket view in Zendesk Support is loaded the app will now appear in the sidebar.
