설치 방법
To install and connect Coefficient to your Zendesk account, please follow these steps:
If you don't have a Coefficient account, sign up for free at coefficient.io/get-started.
A new Google Sheet will be created for you, accessible by the email you provided in step 1. Once the Google Sheet is fully loaded, click the blue 'Install Coefficient' button.
In the popup window, click the 'INSTALL' button, then click 'Continue' to accept permissions.
Launch Coefficient by clicking on the Extensions menu in the top navigation of your Google Sheet. Then, hover your mouse over Coefficient and click 'Launch'.
When the sidebar app is launched, click 'Import From' and select Zendesk as your data source.
From there, follow along with the prompts in your sidebar app to create your first Zendesk import into Google Sheets. For a detailed walkthrough check out the video on our Zendesk integrations page.
During your trial, you will have the Pro plan enabled by default. Once your trial ends, you will have the opportunity to purchase a plan or be moved down to our Free plan.
