설치 방법

Install the app and then configure the settings within Endear. You will need to provide your Endear with your Zendesk subdomain, email, and API key.

To create a Zendesk API Key follow these instructions.

  1. Go to: Admin Center > Apps and integrations > APIs, Zendesk API

  2. Check "I agree…"

  3. Click "Get Started"

  4. Click "Settings"

  5. Enable Token Access

  6. Click "Add API token"

  7. (Optional) Enter a description (e.g., "Endear")

  8. Copy the token

  9. Paste the token into Endear integration settings

  10. Click Save
