Record is the first support communication tool for support teams and their users.

With Record, you can let your users share their problems visually with all the data needed like console logs and networks, to reduce the average handle time per ticket, and increase overall user satisfaction. It will help you understand your users better, and it will help your user to communicate better.

The Record-Zendesk integration unlocks a whole new world of possibilities that power-up both platforms. Now you can ask your users to create a record directly from the Zendesk ticket, and get the recording back to the ticket without leaving your main support OS. More than that, users can start the support journey by recording their issues using Record and it will automatically open a new ticket in your Zendesk account.

  1. Click Install at the right corner.

  2. Open any ticket and you will see the record app icon - click on it.

  3. on Record Zendesk application, click on login to login into your account, if you are a new user just sign up.

  4. Refresh your Zendesk page - you're now connected!

Notice: in order Record to fully works, you need to complete the setup process for your record account.

  1. Embed your Record snippet into your web product

  2. Activate your domain on your dashboard settings.

Once you are done with these steps, you will be ready to start Recording.
