3Scribe's Zendesk integration allows you to convert your voicemail, inbound and outbound audio calls into a readable note using the world's most accurate transcription engine.
Supporting 11 different languages and dialects, you can have your calls automatically transcribed once they're completed or you can manually select which calls you'd like to process via the ticket sidebar.
Once our automated system has processed your audio file, we'll insert a note in to the ticket with your transcription, typically only a few moments after the call has completed. With a text based note, your entire team will be able to search and gain visibility on an issue.

설치 방법
To install and use the 3Scribe app, you'll need to have a 3Scribe account. You can sign up for a free trial here. and we'll add in 30 minutes free credit to your account when you register.
Once your account is created, you can go ahead and click the Install button here on the Marketplace listing. Once loaded you'll see a settings screen that contains 3 options:
- Only allow admins request transcriptions Enabling this settings means that only users who are of admin level will be able to manually request transcriptions via the ticket sidebar. 
- Only allow admins to view the status page and change settings This setting limits who can view and change settings for the 3Scribe app, via the sidebar apps Status tab. By selecting, only admin level users will be permitted. The Status tab contains settings controlling what the default transcription language is along with which events will be automatically transcribed. 
- OAuth Authentication/Sign in with 3Scribe You will need to click this to connect your Zendesk account to your 3Scribe account. Once clicked a new browser window will appear open and you will need to: - Log in to 3Scribe if required. 
- Enter in your Zendesk domain e.g. the yourcompany piece of https://yourcompany.zendesk.com.
- Confirm that 3Scribe is allowed to access your recordings and tickets. This allows us to be able to place the transcript as a comment in the ticket.
