To install and activate the app, please follow the instructions below:

Step by step guide:

  1. Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace by clicking the Select Plan button on the top right corner of this page and selecting your plan option.

  2. Complete the app install process.

  3. Go to your standard Zendesk Support screen (Zendesk Agent Workspace). You will see the new Thank You app icon (Namaste) on the Navigation Bar to your left.

  4. Enter your Zendesk Admin email (Important: Do not enter your standard support email, but an Admin user email) and enter your company information. Then click on “Create An Account” and authorize the app access to your Zendesk.

  5. Refresh the page and you're done! The app is now working and your dashboard should show up with our onboarding instructions.

  • How do we ensure the installation was completed correctly?

Refresh the app’s page - on the top left corner, you should see a green check mark indicating the app is connected. You can also create a test ticket in the top right corner and see how the app works.

  • How do we exclude specific tickets from firing the app’s trigger?

In your Zendesk account, create a new trigger to add the tag: "excludefromthankyou_app" to tickets you don't want the app to trigger. All of our app triggers include a condition to exclude tickets with this tag from processing automatically.

Important: Ensure your new trigger is placed above the Thank You GPT apps' triggers.

  • How can I track which tickets were solved by the app?

Tickets solved by the app are tagged with solvedbythankyou_app.
