설치 방법

Integrating Stonly with Zendesk is easy!
1. Install the Stonly app on Zendesk from the market
2. Create a Stonly account here in order to use our service on Zendesk
3. From the Stonly back office you can:

  • Create as many guides as you want
  • Organize them in folders
  • Manage access rights for customers and agents
  • See statistics on usage

In order to view the history of user, you will need to make a few modifications to your Zendesk template. All the details are described in this guide.
