Get Started

The Zendesk Connector is available now for all Grapevine customers. If you're not using Grapevine yet, get started for free.

Setting up the Zendesk Connector takes less than 30 minutes:

  1. Connect: Go to Integrations in Grapevine and click on Zendesk
  2. Authorize: Review and approve read-only permissions in Zendesk
  3. Index: Grapevine automatically begins indexing your Zendesk data

How It Works

Connect your Zendesk account to Grapevine in under 30 minutes. Once connected, your team can ask questions and get answers with direct citations to relevant tickets.

Grapevine syncs your ticket history from most recent to least recent. Get search results from the tickets that matter most quickly. Then Grapevine stays up to date with incremental ticket changes and events.
