Getting Started
To begin viewing Jira data within Zendesk Support, please follow these simple steps:
1. Install Jira Integration
Click the Install button located in the top-right corner of this page.
Then, click Add Connection to proceed with the setup.
2. Connect to Jira
Complete the required authentication steps to establish a secure connection to your Jira instance.
3. Sign into the Support App
Once the Jira integration is configured, your support agents will need to sign into the Support App to begin using its features.
