How to Set Up agentim.ai
Follow these easy steps to install and activate agentim.ai in your Zendesk:
Install the App
- Go to the Zendesk Marketplace.
- Search for agentim.ai and click Install.
Configure the App
- Open the Zendesk Admin Center and navigate to Apps > Manage.
- Find agentim.ai and click Configure.
Set Up Your API Key
- Log into your agentim.ai account and go to Settings > API Key.
Copy your API key and paste it into the agentim.ai app settings in Zendesk.
Configure AI Automation
- Enter your Config ID to instruct agentim.ai on how to process your tickets.
- (Optional) Add a Condition ID to further customize the AI analysis for your workflow.
Enable PII Detection
Enable the option to detect and sanitize sensitive data before passing tickets to the AI.
- Specify the PII Name Field or map the app to your existing Zendesk PII fields.
Test the Integration
Create a test ticket in Zendesk.
