Installation Instructions

  2. Generate API Token:

    • Log in to your OrderProtection brand dashboard.

    • Navigate to the API Settings section.
    • Generate an API token and copy it to your clipboard.

  3. Configure the App:

    • Open the app settings in Zendesk.

    • Paste the API token into the apiToken field.
    • Save the settings to authenticate the app.

  4. Start Using the App:

    • Access the app from the Zendesk Support interface.

    • Use it to file and manage claims for customer orders effortlessly.
