If it finds an opportunity for a new article, Ariglad doesn’t just stop at a suggestion—it goes ahead and drafts the entire article for you. Ariglad can be installed in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Install and Set Up Ariglad
First, visit the Ariglad onboarding page to create an account, or sign in if you already have an account.
Step 2: Connect Ariglad to Zendesk
Once logged into Ariglad, go to the settings page and select "Add Integration" to choose Zendesk as your integration.
On this page, enter your Zendesk subdomain. Your subdomain can be found in the browser's search bar when logged into Zendesk. For example, if your URL is
yourexamplesubdomain.zendesk.com
, your subdomain would beyourexamplesubdomain
.Open a new tab, and generate a Zendesk API key.
Copy the generated API key, return to the Ariglad integration setup page, and paste it in the "Zendesk API" field.
Step 3: Finalize the Integration
Click "Continue" to complete the connection process. Follow any remaining steps to ensure the integration is active.
Usage
Once connected, Ariglad will review your Zendesk tickets and automatically generate recommendations for your knowledge base articles. FAQs created in Ariglad will also help provide auto-generated answers and resource links in Zendesk.
