Getting Started
To view Workday data in Zendesk Support, please follow the steps below:
Click the Install button located in the top-right corner of the page.
Then, click Add Connection to proceed.
Complete the required steps to establish the connection to Workday.
Once Workday is set up, your agents need to sign into the Support App to start using it.
