설치 방법
💡 Simply click install and start using the app.
Record a Voice Message
Open an unclosed ticket.
- Click the mic button at the bottom of the message area.
The Vocal recording window will open. Follow the instructions to complete your recording.
- After recording, click Upload. Your voice message will be attached to the ticket message.
View Your Recordings
Click the Vocal button on the left side of the navigation bar. This will open the Vocal dashboard.
Integrate Vocal in Your Other Spaces
Vocal is supported on major platforms like Gmail, Gmail Add-ons, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Front email.
