How to install vennie
Visit https://app.vennie.tech/auth/register to create an account.
After registering, go to the Settings > Integrations menu.
Enter your Zendesk subdomain (e.g., if your Zendesk URL is https://mycoolshop.zendesk.com, your subdomain is 'mycoolshop').
Log in using your Zendesk account credentials.
Grant access to vennie by clicking 'Accept.'
Your vennie account is now linked with Zendesk!
Set your preferred customer language and define your support's tone of voice.
Add your shop policies to the QA database to complete the setup.
Authenticate your shop's CMS.
Done! Receive suggested replies as internal notes on each ticket.
💬 If you want to use messaging channels (like WhatsApp, Instagram, or web messaging), make sure Sunshine Conversations is authenticated in Settings > Integrations
the same way as Zendesk.
