Step 1. Set up an eesel AI account
Step 2. Train your eesel AI bot on relevant "Sources"
eesel AI works with "Sources" and "Destinations." You can train it on different "Sources" like your Zendesk Help Center, and plug it into different "Destinations" like your Zendesk as an AI Copilot or as a chat bubble.
To start, train on your Zendesk Help Center.
Step 3. Chat with the bot in the Dashboard
Here you can start tinkering with the bot, and it will give you answers based on the "Sources" you have added. You can add PDFs, CSV files, Google Docs, and other documents as Sources.
Step 4. Add a "Destination"
Destinations are where you plug your bot into. For example, create a Chat Bubble or integrate with Slack.
