After finding the Everlytic for Zendesk app in the marketplace and clicking install you are presented with two options:* Already an Everlytic customer* Need an Everlytic account

If you do not already have an Everlytic account with login credentials, then you should select the second option. Once you have an Everlytic account, return to this page and select the first option.

By selecting the first option above it will bring you to a page where the following info is required:

  • Username - This is your Everlytic username that you use to log into the Everlytic web interface

  • Email address - An email address where we can send reports about the status of the data syncing operations

  • Everlytic API key - This can be generated on your Everlytic user account, and allows access to the Everlytic API

  • Everlytic URL - This is the URL which you use to log into the Everlytic web interface

  • Zendesk API key - This is the API key for your Zendesk account, used to access your Zendesk data

After filling in the required info above, just click submit and the integration is ready to start syncing your data.
